小曼:陈总,你可是白手发家80后偶像?能说说你经历?

陈总:其实也不什么(自谦笑称),2000年,16岁就开始在太原打工,接着18岁的时候开始做瓷砖批发,那时主要做山东砖、河北砖、河南砖、广东私抛厂瓷砖,2013、2014年的时候,就开始考察经销品牌,15年开始经销罗曼缔克品牌,3年内开了三家店,也就这样一路走来。

小曼:陈总,当初你选择了罗曼缔克主要因为什么?之后渠道开展怎样?

陈总:在做批发的时候,考虑了很多,山东砖比较一般,而且在经销罗曼缔克之前也跟罗曼缔克打过交道,罗曼的产品有特色,属时尚型,可全山西覆盖,而且罗曼企业上下有一种人情味,我认为团队第一,品牌第二,因而15年时候我就签了,经营3年来,进展还很顺利,业绩零售占比50%,30%通过设计师、家装公司渠道实现,最后20%来源于家装网,家装网的爆破,集中而高效。

小曼:目前太原有几个店,还有在规划建新店?

陈总:目前有三个店,其一、罗曼国际馆,居然之家河西店A区,其二、罗曼旗舰馆,黎氏阁北中环店、其三、罗曼精品馆,居然之家建材馆B区,两个新店正在规划中。

小曼:陈总,作为一个年轻有为80后,而且都是靠自己真刀真枪打拼出来,你肯定有与众不同的过人之处,能说说你自己,以及你如何出色带领太原罗曼这个团队?

陈总:行内都说,广东人做砖福建人卖砖,我们福建人,从2000多公里来太原打拼,一开始要钱没钱,要资源没资源,可以说什么都没有,但唯独保持福建人的勤劳,尤为能吃苦,年轻奋斗就是资本,直至如今有些人说现在形势不好,人们常说二八定律,但总有活下来那20%,我们就做那20%。我们太原罗曼团队都很年轻,每个销售业务素质过硬,身兼销售、设计师、售后等多职,大伙都任劳任怨,尽心尽力,尤其有我哥哥陈加峰及店长林国全协力打理,我们太原罗曼还在成长阶段,还在发展路上,在罗曼大家庭里还有很多学习看齐榜样。
