这是一套240㎡的错层复式别墅，业主喜欢简单干净的家居环境，不喜欢太多的造型设计，设计师在跟业主沟通后，最后定位为新中式风，并根据实际的房形结构做出了本套设计方案。

750*1500mm“卡里姆灰”大板一键应用首次全空间地面，一砖8纹延伸铺贴，尽显高档大气；亮光砖面在窗外自然光的照射，带来干净明亮的视觉感受；电视背景墙选用超大规格1200*2400mm连纹大板“鱼肚白”竖贴两片到顶，三片大板纵横向连纹，简约时尚，至简至美。

考虑到户型的实际结构，设计师把家里人气最旺的餐厨厅设计在二楼，

地面选用暖灰系“维纳斯”系列搭配。“维纳斯”灰色调里融入了淡雅的暖黄渲染，从观感上就能带来温暖浪漫的就餐氛围；厨房既可以增设一个可推拉的玻璃门，形成一个半开放式的烹饪空间，既能隔绝油烟也能更好地互动，增加采光。

卫生间选用了深浅两种色调瓷砖凸显层次感，上墙用自然清新的“卡拉拉银”系列，白色墙砖让空间通透产生扩张感；下墙继续沿用高级灰“倚天石”，与一楼卫生间相呼应，延伸两边柱子直接连起来做个壁龛，户主对此十分满意。
